Jr. Production Engineer

As a Production Supervisor at our manufacturing facility in Udaipur, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the daily production activities on the shop floor. You will be tasked with maintaining production records, planning manpower allocation, and ensuring smooth operations across shifts. Your role will involve coordinating with maintenance and quality teams to address any production or equipment issues, as well as monitoring raw material availability and communicating critical observations to relevant departments. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering, along with at least 4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. A strong understanding of production planning, shop floor activities, and maintenance processes is essential. Your ability to lead and manage manpower effectively, work in rotational shifts, and maintain organized production and machine records will be crucial to your success.
