Jr. Product Designer

Role Overview: As a Jr. Product Designer, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and end user needs. Your key responsibilities will include conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions. You will be tasked with creating wireframes (low, mid, and high fidelity), prototypes, and visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. Additionally, you will take ownership of existing products, continuously making improvements based on user feedback and market trends. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and end user needs - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions - Create wireframes (low, mid, and high fidelity), prototypes, and visual designs - Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in UI/UX design - Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems - Propose new ideas and design concepts aligned with the company's vision - Communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders effectively Qualifications Required: - Hold a degree in a relevant design discipline such as B.Des, M.Des, BCA in Design Animation or equivalent - Knowledge about Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) is an added advantage - Proficiency in Figma tool is mandatory - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, mock flow, Sketch or similar software is preferred - Ready to work in any shift and agree to an employment service agreement of 2.5 years,
