Jr. Network Engineer

As an IT and Computer Systems Manager, you will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, computer systems, and UPS within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring data security, monitoring network access, and maintaining backup systems. Additionally, you will be expected to troubleshoot hardware network issues, conduct regular system audits, and configure firewalls to enhance security measures. A crucial aspect of this role will be managing email systems, implementing spam and virus protection measures, and overseeing the organization's helpdesk services for both internal and external stakeholders. You will also be involved in tasks such as Veeam backup and replication, installation, configuration, and management of SYNOLOGY storage, as well as defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables. Monitoring and reporting on the progress of various IT projects, providing internal and external support regarding server status, and managing hardware and software resources will be integral parts of your daily activities. Effective client and stakeholder management, along with the ability to work on project teams to achieve desired outcomes, will be key to success in this role.
