Jr. Logistics Coordinator

As a Jr. Logistics Coordinator at ROBU.IN, your role involves coordinating with Transporter/Courier services provider for prompt daily pick-ups and delivery of shipments. You will be responsible for providing continuous updates to internal departments throughout the shipping process. Additionally, you will follow-up on emails for daily pick-up, in transit, and delivery of shipments. It will be your duty to share the POD/Acknowledgement on email with internal departments and follow-up for damaged/lost shipments with respective courier partners regarding claims procedure. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with Transporter/Courier services provider for prompt daily pick-ups and delivery of shipments - Provide continuous updates to internal departments throughout the shipping process - Follow-up on emails for daily pick-up, in transit, and delivery of shipments - Share the POD/Acknowledgement on email with internal departments - Follow-up for damaged/lost shipments with respective courier partners regarding claims procedure Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any stream (BBA Preferred) - Good written communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and multitask - Good time management skills - Good Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office and very good knowledge of Excel) Please note that this is a fresher or entry-level position suitable for graduates of any Bachelors Degree.
