Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support

    Opera PMS and POS systems.

  • Maintain and fix

    hotel networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).

  • Handle virtualization

    platforms like VMware and Hyper-V.

  • Manage cloud services

    (AWS, Azure) and

    backup solutions

    .

  • Deploy and manage

    Mobile Device Management (

    MDM

    ) for mobile devices.

  • Look after Windows and Linux servers

    , including updates and uptime.

  • Ensure data security, compliance

    , and hotel IT standards.

  • Work with vendors and teams

    to meet IT needs.

Requirements:

  • At least

    5 years’ IT experience

    in the hotel industry.
  • Strong hands-on skills with

    Opera PMS, POS systems

    , and

    server management

    .
  • Good knowledge of

    virtualization, cloud platforms

    , and

    network protocols

    .

  • Problem solver

    who can work independently.
  • Good

    communication and coordination

    skills.
