Jr. Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing interior design concepts, preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating with vendors, and supporting senior designers in project execution. This role is perfect for someone passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior designers in the creation of design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
• Assist in preparing floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Maintain project documentation, samples, and material libraries.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients under supervision.
• Participate in client meetings, take notes, and prepare meeting reports.
• Prepare and update design schedules, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Assist with site visits, inspections, and installation supervision.
• Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 0.6 –2 years of professional experience in interior design or related roles.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign (Revit and Lumion are a plus).
• Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and spatial awareness.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
