Jr. Immigration Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to immigration coordinators and lawyers.
• e-File and manage a high volume of immigration-related documentation with accuracy.
• Organize and maintain client case files and records for Canadian immigration matters.
• Assist in the intake process, respond to internal and external inquiries, and maintain communication flow.
• Adhere to firms

  risk management

  and

  compliance

  standards in all activities.
• Maintain and update case management databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Perform data entry for billing, case tracking, and general client information.
• Utilize and optimize digital immigration workflow tools for process efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively within a

  global delivery model

  to ensure 24-hour case continuity and service quality.
• Contribute to

  continuous improvement initiatives

  by providing feedback, identifying automation opportunities, and supporting data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 24 years of professional experience in

  Canadian immigration administration

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Word

  and

  Excel

  ; familiarity with

  INSZoom

  is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.A mindset of
