Jr HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, especially within the IT domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes to determine candidate suitability for required roles.
• Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracker regularly.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment and sourcing.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
