Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. HR Operations at DeetsDigital located in Ahmedabad. The Jr. HR Operations will be responsible for HR operations, employee relations, HR management, and HR policies on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

HR Operations, Employee Relations, and HR Management skills
Knowledge of HR policies
Help in Talent Acquisition
Track Performance management
Experience in Human Resources (HR)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
