Jr. Graphic Designer

As a Customer Support team member at Textronics, you will be part of a dynamic company based in Mumbai that has developed innovative Augmented Reality Solutions for the Retail and Fashion Industry, including the Try ON virtual dressing room. Our clientele consists of large retail stores, and we are seeking individuals with the following skill sets and job profile to effectively implement, manage, and drive sales of our solutions. You should have a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics, familiarity with design software and technologies like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver, as well as knowledge of basic photography. A keen eye for aesthetics and details, excellent communication skills, the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines are essential. A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field would be a plus. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing digital content for eCOM & AR solution Try ON, coordinating with various departments such as Garment Inventory, Photography, Graphic Editing, and Uploading on eCOM Back end. You will be tasked with developing UI / UX, illustrations, logos, and creating workflows for eCOM, working closely with stakeholders to finalize designs, coordinating with Textronics developers to implement applications and digital content, testing graphics across various media, and amending designs based on feedback. Moreover, you will ensure that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with our brand, train staff at customer sites to use TRY ON and engage customers on the shop floor, and coordinate with other departments and management for effective functioning, including Inventory & Billing, IT department for proper integration and maintenance, Digital Marketing department, Analytics, and Senior Management.
