About the Role- We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will support the design team in producing high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. This position is ideal for someone early in their design career who is eager to learn, collaborate, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual assets for social media, websites, presentations, email campaigns, and advertising.
• Support the development of brand materials such as logos, brochures, posters, and packaging.
• Collaborate with senior designers, marketers, and content creators to develop cohesive visual concepts.
• Prepare and deliver production-ready files for print and digital use.
• Follow brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all designs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Edit and retouch images when needed.
• Stay updated on design trends and emerging tools/technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Figma/Canva is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Basic knowledge of digital design formats (social, web, banners).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio showcasing design work (academic or freelance is acceptable).

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design.
• Illustration skills.
• Experience creating short-form social media content.
