Jr. Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer specializing in e-learning content, your primary responsibility will involve designing 2D & 3D models as well as creatives for e-learning modules. You will be tasked with creating illustrations and motion graphic videos to enhance educational material. Utilizing software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Captivate, Coral Draw, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premier Pro, you will be expected to edit graphics and videos effectively. Additionally, selecting appropriate images, typography, graphics, and layouts for various projects will be a crucial aspect of your role. Collaboration with project team members during brainstorming sessions to bring innovative ideas to the table will also be part of your day-to-day tasks. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Basic to intermediate skills in video editing, sound editing, and graphics development are required. Your job will demand good analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. A resourceful, creative, innovative, and proactive approach to design challenges will be highly valued. Desirable skills for this position include familiarity with leading authoring tools like Captivate, knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles, and the capability to adapt to new technologies and trends in graphic design and corporate e-learning. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
