About the Role

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and front-end technologies. The ideal candidate should be able to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality backend services using Java and Spring Boot


• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery


• Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs


• Write well-structured, scalable, maintainable code following best practices


• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL), including schema design and query optimization


• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning


• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams throughout SDLC


• Work with version control systems (Git) and follow CI/CD processes


• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adhere to UI/UX guidelines

Required Skills & Technologies

Backend

• Strong proficiency in Java (8+)


• Spring Framework, Spring Boot


• Spring Data JPA / Hibernate


• REST API development


• Microservices (preferred but not mandatory)

Frontend

• HTML5, CSS3


• JavaScript


• jQuery


• Familiarity with Bootstrap or similar CSS frameworks

Database

• MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle


• Basic understanding of NoSQL (Cassandra preferred, but not mandatory)

DevOps & Tools

• Git / GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket


• Experience with Maven/Gradle


• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (preferred but not mandatory)

Other Necessary Skills

• Understanding of OOP concepts, Design Patterns, and Clean Code principles


• Experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito)


• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP good to have)


• Basic understanding of Docker & containerization (added advantage)


• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology

Educational Qualification
