Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in Export merchandising is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools Job Responsibility:
Assist in developing and implementing merchandising strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan product placement and promotions
Monitor sales data and analyze market trends to identify opportunities
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns
Conduct regular store visits to assess product availability and display
