Job Title: Jr Executive /Executive – Housekeeping

Location: Karunagappally,Kerala

Working Time : 5AM to 1.30 PM , 1.30 PM to 10 PM

Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced candidate to manage and oversee the cleanliness and sanitation of the factory. This role is essential to ensure that the facility remains clean, safe, and compliant with hygiene standards, contributing to a productive and pleasant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Train, manage, and schedule housekeeping staff to maximize efficiency and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Inspect and evaluate the quality of cleaning to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensure proper storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Also maintain checklist of cleaning schedule at different areas.
• Address any housekeeping-related issues or emergencies promptly, ensuring a safe and hygienic workplace.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain documentation to ensure health and safety compliance.

Experience: 3-5 years in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a hospital or industrial facility.

Age: 35 – 45 yrs

Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team.

Work Schedule: Must be willing to work in shifts.
