Job Overview: Electrica Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Jr. Executive Engineer to join the Quality Department . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring Quality Management Systems (QMS) compliance, supporting New Product Development (NPD) , and handling internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The Jr. Executive Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain effective quality management systems while ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: QMS & Audit: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer requirements. Conduct internal audits and customer-specific audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain audit documentation, ensuring all processes are thoroughly documented. Analyze data and trends from audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are taken. Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to senior management and other stakeholders. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards. Manage non-conformances and implement corrective actions, tracking their resolution. Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management, summarizing audit results and improvement actions. NPD (New Product Development): Create inspection reports for received samples, ensuring compliance with quality specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure smooth product development. Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of all development milestones and product deliverables. Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer-specific requirements during the new product development process. Analyze and resolve technical issues that arise during product development, maintaining focus on quality and timely resolution. Document all aspects of the product development process, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is in place for auditing and future reference. Responsible for PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation and ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements. Desired Qualifications: Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably E&TC or Mechanical) or a related field. Experience Required: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in electronics assembly, particularly in QMS, NPD, and Audit for OEMs (e.g., TML, M&M, SAVW, Stellantis). Key Skills: QMS: Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and industry standards. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Certification in quality management (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA 6.3) is preferred. Experience in conducting audits and managing their effective closure. Familiarity with risk management practices and continuous improvement initiatives. NPD: Capable of applying GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to product development. Deep understanding of part quality requirements and product specifications. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting. Ability to handle the fast-paced environment of product development. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations applicable to product development and manufacturing.
