We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with strong technical expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and digital campaign optimisation. You will lead paid advertising, SEO/SEM, CRM automation, and funnel optimisation to drive measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
● Plan and execute campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and relevant platforms.
● Manage full-funnel strategies including segmentation, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
● Monitor CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and other KPIs with continuous optimization.
● Analytics, Reporting & Insights
● Build dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent.
● Analyze campaign data to produce actionable recommendations.
● Report on traffic, conversions, bounce rate, and event-related ROI.
SEO & SEM
● Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and competitor analysis.
● Improve search rankings using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
Marketing Automation & CRM
● Implement automated email/SMS campaigns using Mailchimp, Brevo, or HubSpot.
● Manage lead nurturing workflows and CRM integrations.
Event & IP Campaigns
● Drive ticket sales, sponsor lead generation, and conversion-focused event ads.
● Collaborate with Social Media Manager for integrated pre-event and post-event campaigns.
Team Collaboration & Project Management
● Collaborate closely with creative teams for ad assets, video content, and campaign creatives.
● Lead and supervise digital marketing interns or junior executives, assigning and reviewing weekly deliverables.
● Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Website & Funnel Optimization
● Improve UX/UI, page load speeds, and conversion paths.
● Set up schema markup, goal tracking, and data layer configurations.
Collaboration & Integration
● Align with Social Media Manager to ensure organic and paid strategies reinforce each other.
● Contribute to unified monthly marketing performance reports.
Required Skills
● Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio.
● Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and marketing automation tools.
● Familiarity with CMS (WordPress/Webflow) and UX optimisation tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity).
Preferred Experience
● 2+ years in digital marketing, performance advertising, and SEO/SEM.
● Event or lifestyle brand marketing experience is a plus.
