Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Executive who has strong skills in SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Management (Instagram & Meta), Website Optimization, and creative content editing. The candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, increasing online presence, generating quality leads, and improving brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram and Meta social media pages with engaging content (Reels, Posts & Stories)
• Understand and analyze Instagram algorithms to improve reach, engagement & followers organically
• Create trending, creative, and viral reel ideas & content strategies
• Plan and run Google Ads campaigns (Lead Generation, Performance, Conversion Ads)
• Work on SEO (On-Page & Off-Page) including keyword research, backlink building & ranking optimization
• Improve website performance, optimize pages & basic HTML/WordPress (Hostinger preferred)
• Write engaging content for blogs, website pages & social media
• Basic photo/video editing for marketing creatives
• Track performance & provide weekly reports

Required Skills

• Social Media Management (Instagram, Meta Business Suite)
• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
• SEO (On-Page / Off-Page / Technical)
• Website Optimization (HTML, WordPress)
• Video & Photo Editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
• Knowledge of current trending content & marketing strategies
• Strong analytical & communication skills

Salary & Growth

• Starting Salary: ₹10,000 per month
• After 3 Months: ₹16,000 per month (based on performance)
• Further salary increments based on performance & results

Work Mode

• On-Site Job (No remote)
• Location: Coimbatore (Koundampalayam)
