1. Role Overview

The Junior Digital Marketing Executive will support the marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies. This role involves managing digital channels, creating engaging content, analyzing campaign performance, and contributing to the overall brand visibility of the organization.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Digital Campaign Management

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and email.
  
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
  
• Support SEO and SEM activities to increase website visibility and traffic.
  

B. Content Creation & Management

• Create, edit, and publish content for social media platforms, blogs, email newsletters, and website pages.
  
• Coordinate with designers and technical teams for graphics, videos, and landing pages.
  
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.
  

C. Social Media Management

• Schedule and manage posts on social media platforms.
  
• Track social media insights and trends to improve engagement.
  
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  

D. Website & SEO Support

• Assist in updating website content and ensuring accuracy.
  
• Support keyword research, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO activities.
  
• Work with the technical team to improve website user experience.
  

E. Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and platform-specific dashboards.
  
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
  
• Provide insights and suggestions for improvement based on analytics.
  

F. Email & CRM Support

• Assist in creating email marketing campaigns.
  
• Manage contact lists, segment audiences, and track email performance.
  
• Support CRM updates and lead nurturing workflows.
  

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and concepts (SEO, Google Ads, Analytics, Social Media).
  
• Strong communication and writing skills.
  
• Creativity and ability to generate engaging content.
  
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager (preferred).
  
• Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress, or marketing automation tools (added advantage).
  

4. Experience

• 0–1 years of experience in digital marketing (Freshers with internships or certifications are welcome).
  
• Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) will be an advantage.
