Jr. Developer - Cority

Role Overview: As a Junior Cority developer, you will be responsible for supporting the configuration, customization, and optimization of the Cority platform. Your main focus will be on collaborating with EHS and IT teams to develop workflows, automate processes, integrate systems, and ensure regulatory compliance and internal EHS initiatives are effectively supported. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and customize the Cority platform to meet EHS program requirements. - Develop and maintain modules, forms, dashboards, and reports within Cority. - Integrate Cority with other enterprise systems such as HR, ERP, and BI platforms. - Work closely with stakeholders, tech leads, and tech analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Support user access controls, permissions, and security settings within the Cority system. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise in the Cority system. - Perform data migrations, uploads, and exports as necessary. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. - Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes for reference. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience working with Cority or other EHS management systems. - Proficiency in Cority configuration tools and modules, including Safety, Occ. Hygiene, and Occ. Health. - Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, SQL, and API integrations. - Familiarity with .NET Core, .Net Framework, Entity Framework/Dapper, Web APIs, and Microservices. - Experience in developing database applications using SQL Server or other relational database systems. - Knowledge of Angular/React, HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript. - Experience with CI/CD practices. - Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB. - Strong understanding of EHS business processes and regulatory frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Cority certification is preferred.
