Jr. Data Analyst

As a Junior Data Analyst at our company in Surat, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data, creating reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes across departments. Your responsibilities will include: - Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns. - Developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI / Looker Studio. - Writing complex queries and optimizing database performance using SQL. - Utilizing Python for advanced analytics, automation, and predictive modeling. - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and offer data-backed solutions. - Presenting insights and recommendations to senior management clearly and concisely. - Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security in all reports and analytics. - Guiding analysts in best practices, tools, and methodologies. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelors/Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. - Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis. - Expertise in SQL for querying, data extraction, and database management. - Solid knowledge of Power BI / Looker Studio or similar dashboarding tools. - Excellent understanding of data visualization techniques and storytelling. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Good communication skills to present complex data effectively. - Familiarity with statistics, predictive modeling, or machine learning concepts would be advantageous.
