Jr Customer Service Executive - Customer Service Operations

About The Company

• Work with external customers and internal stakeholders as per requirement
• Engage with key customers and internal stakeholders to produce detailed application design documentation and support those designs through to completion.
• Engage with customer effectively and to ensure their requirements fulfilled
• Work with internal teams to ensure that knowledge and expertise are shared, and the customer Contact Centre solution is successfully handed over into support / operations. Produce local work instructions and provide training to internal Vodafone teams.
• Adhering to any customer specific standards required and contributes to continual process improvements.
• Technical understanding of MPLS, MSP, SD-WAN, TX & IP related products.
• Experience of dealing face to face with customers, including delivering presentations and facilitation of application discovery sessions. Excellent written & verbal skills
• Manage escalations along with effective customer engagement
• Should manage and achieve all KPIs
• Should have sound technical and analytical skills
• Should be capable of delivering good Customer experience /satisfaction.
• Strong English proficiency (written and verbal), with highest level of Accent Neutralization.
• Should possess very good verbal and written communications skills
• Ready to work in 24*7 atmosphere / continuous night shifts, if needed.
• Should have valid passport
