Jr Customer Service Executive - Customer Service Operations

You will be working as a Customer Service Executive at Tata Communications, responsible for providing L2 and L3 support to ensure network and system uptimes. Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams for issue resolution, handling escalated customer and SD related issues, and managing network major events and restoration. Additionally, you will be supporting IOR execution and new augmentation, presenting network/system performance to management, and managing vendor relationships and performance evaluation. To qualify for this role, you should have a degree in ECE/EE or BCA/MCA from a recognized institution/university, with 1 to 2 years of experience in transmission. A certification in any specialization will be an added advantage. Your top 5 skill requirements include: - Very good knowledge in SDH/DWDM/OTN technologies - Familiarity with troubleshooting OSP/ISP/Infra issues - Hands-on experience with SDH/DWDM/OTN equipment from various manufacturers - Good understanding of network design, DCN, and Sync deployment - Ability to manage a team of 5-8 members and proactive in approach If you meet these qualifications and have the necessary experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless network operations and customer satisfaction at Tata Communications.,
