Jr. Creative Producer

As a Jr. Creative Producer at Postboy, your role will involve turning ideas into real, scroll-stopping content. You will be responsible for brainstorming campaign ideas with the creative and strategy teams, managing production pipelines from pre to post, writing copies, helping with scripts, and adding a strategic edge. Additionally, you will coordinate with designers, editors, and directors to ensure smooth and timely execution. Being part of shoots, managing chaos, and keeping everything on track will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Turning ideas into compelling content - Brainstorming campaign ideas with teams - Managing production pipelines from pre to post - Writing copies, assisting with scripts, and adding a strategic edge - Coordinating with designers, editors, and directors for seamless execution - Being present during shoots, managing chaos, and ensuring everything stays on track Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in a creative/production role (agency or studio background preferred) - Strong understanding of video production & post-production workflows - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creative mindset with a proactive attitude - Copywriting or strategy experience is a plus If this role excites you and you are passionate about bringing creative ideas to life, we encourage you to apply.
