Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the valuation of properties, infrastructure, and civil works.
Conduct site inspections and surveys as part of the valuation process.
Support senior engineers and valuation experts in data collection and report preparation.
Analyze construction costs, materials, and labor to provide accurate valuations.
Maintain and update project documentation and valuation records.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders for site visits and clarifications.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Continuously update technical knowledge related to civil engineering and valuation methods.
