Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Civil Engineer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, site execution, and quality control processes. You will be responsible for supporting the site team, ensuring work progress as per design and safety standards, and coordinating with contractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervision and execution of high-rise construction work at the project site.
• Monitor daily site activities, material usage, and manpower allocation.
• Ensure work quality and compliance with structural drawings and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
• Coordinate with the project manager, architects, and contractors for smooth execution.
• Support in quality checks, measurement verification, and raising material requests.
• Ensure timely completion of work as per project timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 1–3 years of experience in building construction (preferably high-rise projects).
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural drawings.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and under supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
