Job description:
Responsible for conducting service and demonstration activities at customer sites and should be willing to travel as and when required.
Inspect equipment to accurately identify all device parameters that do not meet product specifications.
Proficiently use all test equipment related to the testing of assigned devices.
Perform major repairs with accepted technical practices.
Answers technical questions from customers and internal staff.
Documents test results and equipment history.
Travels for onsite repairs and installations.
Provide effective, efficient technical support, assistance, and service to our customers professionally and courteously via inbound calling, online chat, support portals, and ticketing.
Upon completion of any work on site, the engineer is required to complete and submit all relevant reports, backups and signed documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
