Jr. BIM Architect

As a Junior BIM (Building Information Modeling) Architect at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and grow your career in the architecture and construction industry. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Prepare 3D models in Revit for various types of buildings. - Create conceptual, detailed, and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD according to project requirements. - Develop schematic and detailed BIM models, including interior and exterior architectural elements. - Convert laser scan point clouds into information-rich BIM models and generate drawings and as-built data for renovation purposes. - Utilize Naviswork for Multi-Disciplinary Clash Detection. - Generate quantity reports as per client requirements. - Timely and accurate preparation of BIM models, shop drawings, etc. - Demonstrate a keen interest in learning new skills, software, and knowledge. - Maintain a positive attitude towards collaboration and knowledge sharing. - Exhibit effective communication skills and work well within multidisciplinary teams. - Work with minimal supervision. Preferred Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. - Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software applications. - Eagerness to learn and develop skills in BIM technology and construction processes. - Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams.
