As an Architect with 1-2 years of experience, you will be part of our team responsible for designing and managing architectural projects in Residential, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sectors. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Architectural Design: Develop innovative and functional design concepts that meet client needs and project requirements for residential, oil & gas, and industrial projects. - Project Management: Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and within budget project delivery. - Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using relevant software tools to comply with industry standards and regulations. - Site Inspection: Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards. - Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their vision and offer professional advice and solutions to enhance their projects. You should possess the following key requirements: - Experience: 1-2 years in architectural design and project management within the residential, oil & gas, or industrial sectors. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant architectural studies degree. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in Oil & Gas architectural projects and a track record in managing industrial design projects. A valid professional license and relevant certifications are preferred.
