Role Overview: You will be responsible for controlling projects from start to finish, ensuring high quality, innovative, and functional design. Your main tasks will include taking the brief to identify clients' needs, developing design proposals, producing detailed blueprints, compiling project specifications, and ensuring that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations. Additionally, you will need to make on-site visits to check project status, cooperate with construction professionals, and stay updated on architectural trends and advancements. Key Responsibilities: - Control projects from start to finish - Identify clients' needs and prepare feasibility reports and design proposals - Develop ideas considering clients' needs, buildings usage, and environmental impact - Produce detailed blueprints and make necessary corrections - Compile project specifications - Manage budgets and timelines - Ensure works adhere to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations - Conduct on-site visits to monitor project status - Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals - Stay informed about architectural trends and advancements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1 year of total work experience, with 1 year in architectural field preferred - Proficiency in English Additional Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time, paid time off, and a performance bonus.
