Jr Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with bookkeeping, be proficient in Tally and Zoho Books, and be capable of managing petty cash transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping in Tally and Zoho Books
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and payments
• Manage and account for petty cash with proper documentation and reporting
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, invoices, and journal entries
• Support the finance team during audits and internal checks
• Maintain up-to-date records of bills, receipts, and bank statements
• Track vendor payments and ensure timely settlements
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Zoho Books
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred:

• Experience handling petty cash and basic cash flow reporting
• Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance is an added advantage

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
