Jr. Accountant

As an Accountant at our company, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions and providing support to the finance team. Your attention to detail and understanding of accounting principles will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain day-to-day accounts and general ledger - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports - Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns - Coordinate with external auditors for audit and compliance purposes - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes - Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records - Utilize accounting software effectively, such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA with B.Com preferred) - Proficiency in MS Excel - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Good Communication Skills - Achieved 60% Marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation Location: Kolkata Industry: IT Services Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: - 15K per month stipend for 6 Months (During Internship/Apprenticeship Period) - CTC of 3 LPA on a full-time offer As an Accountant at our company, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions and providing support to the finance team.
