I called and set up an appointment next morning, had problems setting up passwords but the agent was able to open my account the old fashioned way. Was treated to a tasty coffee and everything else went well.

I walked up and easily found the outside ATM. I went in and the security and teller were both very friendly and welcoming. The bank was empty but clean and well appointed. I’d definitely recommend visiting if you need banking services.

ATM outside is always slow and laggy and refuses to work. ATM ATE MY MONEY AND RESTARTED TO INSTALL A WINDOWS UPDATE. Clearly chase doesn't care about securing customers money if they can't even care long enough to buy proper software. Did research and this is a repeated thing so if you have bills, I guess that doesn't matter
