They wouldn’t even cash a verified check from a chase account because it was for too much.and security thinks he is a tough guy and likes to threaten people .

NOT EVEN OPEN ONE DRIVE THROUGH ATM THAT IS ALWAYS BROKE...I JOINED THIS BANK B/C I LIKED THE IDEA OF HAVING A BANK WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO MY OFFICE. LAST MARCH THEY CLOSED AND STILL HAVENT OPENED.

Tried to open a business account and was told I needed to make an appointment. The woman was very condescending and didn’t even allow me to finish my questions. Very bad customer service. Needless to say, I will NOT be opening an account here!
