What a journal Administrator will do?

A journal administrator manages the administrative and operational aspects of a scholarly journal, ensuring smooth workflow from submission to publication. This includes tasks like handling manuscript submissions, facilitating peer review, managing communication with authors and reviewers, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities :

• Processing manuscript submissions, including initial checks for completeness and compliance with guidelines.
• Facilitating the peer review process by managing communication with reviewers and editors.
• Tracking the progress of manuscripts through various stages of review and revision.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for authors, reviewers, and editors.
• Maintaining the journal's database and records.

Candidate Profile:

• Should be good in English (both verbal & written). Must Graduated in the year from 2023 to 2025.
• Should have basic computer knowledge and should be good in typing.
• Proficiency in MS office tools like MS Word.
• Good eye for detail and should be able to identify mistakes in content.

This role is not in to a System administration, Office administration or Accounting role.
