As an ideal candidate for this position, you should be an expert in Jolly Phonics with a thorough command of the Phonic Groups to effectively engage with children in the classroom, ensuring that the phonics reflections positively impact their learning journey. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing online classroom arrangements and educational aids to enhance the learning environment. - Developing subject topics in alignment with the lesson plan and executing them accordingly. - Observing, motivating, and supporting the children's learning process. - Ensuring the health, safety, and security of the children through proper housekeeping and hygiene practices. - Assessing the children's learning progress through continuous observation and summative assessments. - Identifying any special needs children and implementing appropriate learning interventions. - Interacting with parents to establish a bond of trust for the holistic development of the children. - Planning and executing the curriculum and school timetable, while reviewing and implementing improvement interventions for the children. - Maintaining records related to the children's learning, such as scanning reports, attendance registers, worksheets, and diary maintenance. - Coordinating new admissions and participating in market development activities.
