As an experienced professional in Jolly Phonic with a comprehensive understanding of the Phonic Groups, you will be responsible for creating an engaging classroom environment for children, ensuring the effective delivery of phonic education that reflects positively on their learning outcomes. Your duties will include setting up and organizing online classroom arrangements and educational aids, as well as preparing subject topics in line with lesson plans and executing them accordingly. It will be crucial for you to observe, motivate, and support children throughout their learning process, while also maintaining a safe and secure environment through proper housekeeping and hygiene practices. You will be expected to assess children's progress through continuous observation and summative assessments, identifying any special needs and implementing appropriate learning interventions. Building strong relationships with parents to foster holistic child development will also be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing the curriculum and school timetable, reviewing performance, and implementing improvements for the benefit of the children. Keeping detailed records of each child's learning progress, managing admissions, and participating in market development activities will also be part of your responsibilities.
