ROLE: Tech Lead - Full Stack Developer Experience: 7 - 11 Yrs Work Location: Chennai (Guindy) Work Mode: Work From Office Job Description: 7+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development and C#. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Deep understanding of ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Entity Framework. Proven experience with microservices architecture and building distributed systems using any AMQP. Extensive experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing. Expertise in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Strong proficiency in SQL for data modeling, complex query writing, and performance optimization Proficiency in containerization tools like AKS. Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, driving high-quality software development practices. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using .NET, C#, React.js, and microservices Key responsibility 2 Architect and implement microservices-based systems with a strong focus on scalability, security, and resilience Define and implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
