What Will You Drive?

CJ Manager

Your mission:

Your Role

Manage Daily Operations of Evaluation Engineers (CJ):
Oversee day-to-day CJ activities, ensuring compliance with operational standards and a high level of service quality. Act as the go-to person for communication and workflow management to keep operations smooth.
Ensure Business Satisfaction:
Address CJs needs, resolve issues promptly, and align services with business expectations.
Own Monthly Inspection Targets:
Collaborate closely with CJs to drive inspection metrics and achieve set targets consistently.

Who We’re Looking For

Industry Expertise:
At least
3+ years of experience
in valuation, fleet management, or a related field.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in MS Office for reporting, data analysis, and effective communication.
People-First Leader:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both the Retail team and CJs, and coordinate seamlessly with senior management.
