Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations for Aurrelis across perfumes, beauty care, and nutraceuticals. The role requires managing production, supply chain, quality control, compliance, vendor coordination, and cross-functional execution to ensure smooth scaling of our fast-growing luxury and wellness brand portfolio. Key Responsibilities 1. Production & Manufacturing Plan, coordinate, and oversee production schedules for perfumes, beauty products, and nutraceuticals. Ensure cost-efficient, timely, and quality-driven manufacturing at partner facilities (domestic and international). Implement SOPs for batch consistency, packaging quality, and product innovation. 2. Supply Chain & Procurement Build and manage vendor relationships for raw materials (essential oils, actives, packaging, etc.). Negotiate contracts, optimize procurement costs, and ensure timely availability of inputs. Manage warehousing, logistics, and distribution to e-commerce platforms, retail stores, and export partners. 3. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure adherence to GMP, FDA, Ayush, FSSAI, ISO, and cosmetic regulations. Oversee quality checks at all stages – raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final packaging. Maintain documentation for audits, certifications, and product registrations in India and overseas. 4. Commercial & Financial Control Monitor operational budgets, vendor payments, and cost per unit analysis. Implement process improvements to reduce wastage and improve RoI. Track inventory, working capital, and supply chain efficiencies. 5. Cross-Functional Leadership Coordinate with R&D, Marketing, and Sales teams for product launches and campaigns. Ensure on-time delivery of products for new collection launches, influencer collaborations, and seasonal demand spikes. Train and manage junior operations executives and interns. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Operations / Supply Chain / Pharmacy / Cosmetics Tech / Food Tech; MBA preferred. 6–10 years of experience in FMCG, D2C brands, beauty & wellness, perfumes, or nutraceuticals.
