Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient transition for new hires. Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics. Generate regular reports to track hiring progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and hiring outcomes. Analyze recruitment data to identify areas of improvement and suggest strategies to optimize the hiring process.
