Role Description: We are seeking for a Site supervisor who will be responsible for supervising and monitoring daily site activities to ensure work is carried out as per the approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with labor contractors, managing resources, and reporting progress to the senior management. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site. Ensure execution of work as per project timelines and quality standards. Monitor labor attendance and productivity. Inspect work progress and quality control at various stages of construction. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely delivery and execution. Interpret construction drawings and provide necessary instructions to labor teams. Maintain records of work completed, materials used, and labor deployed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at the site. Assist engineers in preparing site reports, progress updates, and documentation. Handle minor troubleshooting and site issues to avoid delays. Verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for reinforcement works. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in residential or commercial projects. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques. Familiarity with safety procedures and legal regulations.
