Inventory Management: Monitor and manage warehouse inventory to maintain accurate stock records. Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure accuracy. Track inventory levels and reorder points, identifying shortages and surpluses. Stock Level Tracking: Ensure that stock levels align with company standards and demands. Update and maintain records of stock levels, including incoming and outgoing stock. Coordination with Procurement: Work closely with the procurement team to ensure inventory levels meet production needs. Communicate inventory requirements and discrepancies to the procurement team for timely reordering. Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout to streamline inventory access. Implement best practices for labeling, storage, and handling of inventory. Inventory Documentation: Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of all inventory records in the inventory management system. Prepare regular inventory reports for management, highlighting stock levels and any potential issues. Quality Control: Inspect inventory upon arrival for quantity and quality, addressing any discrepancies with suppliers. Coordinate with the quality control team to address any inventory quality concerns.
