Job Description: TVM Info Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and skilled Graphics Designer & Video Editor to develop visually engaging content for social media, websites, and other marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with the social media team to produce high-quality designs and videos that align with client goals. Daily reporting to the Social Media Manager will be required to ensure alignment on project progress, task completion, and overall content strategy. Key Responsibilities: Video Editing: Edit video content, including cutting, sound mixing, adding effects, and motion graphics to create professional-quality videos. o Work with the creative team to create storyboards and execute video concepts from start to finish. Ensure videos are formatted appropriately for various digital platforms. Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and deliver content in line with marketing strategies. Incorporate feedback from the Social Media Manager and clients to refine designs and videos. o Keep up-to-date with the latest design and video trends. Daily Reporting: Report daily to the Social Media Manager on the progress of assigned tasks, completed work, and any challenges encountered. Provide updates on design and video projects to ensure they align with social media campaigns. Communicate regularly to ensure deadlines and project goals are met. Skills & Qualifications: Graphic Design Expertise: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience in creating social media graphics, website visuals, and marketing materials. Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro. Experience in editing social media videos, promotional videos, and adding visual effects. Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and report to the Social Media Manager. Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback into creative projects. Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
