Job Title: Business Development Associate Location: Thane Mumbai Department: Sales & Marketing Reporting To: Business Development Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for a smart and motivated Assistant Business Development Associate with 1 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales. The role involves promoting our property to companies, travel agencies, event planners, and other business clients. You’ll help grow our business by finding new leads, building client relationships, and increasing bookings. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential business clients. Promote our property and services to corporates, event planners, and agencies. Schedule and attend client meetings and property tours. Help prepare proposals and sales presentations. Maintain client records and follow up regularly. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth bookings and client satisfaction. Keep track of market trends and competitor activity. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or similar. 1–5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in hospitality or travel). Good communication and relationship-building skills. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM). Willing to travel locally for meetings. Nice to Have: Experience in hotels, resorts, or serviced apartments.
