We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the BFSI industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
