Position: Sr. HR Executive We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional to manage and streamline our people operations, drive compliance, and foster a productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements - Oversee Legal Compliance (PF, ESIC, Labor Laws, etc.) - Monitor and maintain Attendance & Leave Records - Lead Employee Onboarding & Exit Process - Draft and update HR Policies & SOPs - Handle employee grievances with empathy and professionalism - Maintain and organize ISO & HR Documentation - Support internal audits and ensure readiness for ISO/HR audits Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations 2. Strong knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and labor laws 3. Proficiency in handling grievances and documentation 4. Good interpersonal and communication skills 5.
