Responsibilities Design and create architectural drawings, blueprints, and models Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of client objectives and gather necessary information Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, goals, and budget constraints Develop design proposals, taking into consideration factors such as functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project progress and adherence to design specifications Prepare and present architectural proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions Oversee the construction phase, ensuring that the project is executed according to the approved plans and specifications Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field Proven experience as an Architect, with a portfolio showcasing your architectural design projects Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and project stakeholders Strong project management abilities, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
