Job Title: Field Sales Executives - HORECA Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executives – HORECA to expand our market presence in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafe segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HORECA segment. Generate leads, pitch products/services, and close deals with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses. Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and track progress. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (chefs, F&B managers, procurement teams, etc.). Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Provide excellent post-sales support and customer service. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop growth strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns. Identify new product opportunities and provide feedback to the management team. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to management. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit control.
