Salary range : 1.8 LPA to 4.2 LPA Location : Bangalore (on-site) Working days : Monday to Saturday (6 days a week) Meet your manager : A highly qualified fitness professional with certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF), specializing in personal training, functional training, and fitness nutrition. With a background in B.Tech (CSE), they bring a unique blend of technical expertise and holistic wellness knowledge to guide and inspire aspiring fitness professionals. You will be responsible for these Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs): Manage schedules (meetings, classes, exams, visits) Coordinate class timings, attendance, and updates in WhatsApp groups Ensure class logistics are in place 20 minutes before every session Handle admin phone during official hours; respond to student queries promptly Track and follow up on fee payments daily Support the sales team with CRM and Google Sheets updates Coordinate exam schedules with the main Delhi branch Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Timely scheduling of classes, exams, and daily updates. Quick and polite resolution of student queries during admin hours. Daily follow-up and tracking of pending payments and CRM updates. Who We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Proficient in Excel and other administrative tools Good spoken and written English communication skills Quick thinker with the ability to handle multiple tasks Proactive and self-motivated Based in Bangalore Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam is a plus!
