The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Monitor project expenses, track variances, and implement cost optimization strategies. Manage project billing cycles, ensuring timely submission and payment of invoices. Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Ensure project implementation adheres to quality standards and specifications. Identify and mitigate potential project risks (e.g., regulatory changes, weather disruptions, supply chain issues). Resolve conflicts with contractors, vendors, and local communities in a timely and effective manner. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with the client, providing progress updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Present project progress, key findings, and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully delivering solar projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of solar PV system design, components (panels, inverters, batteries), and installation processes. In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, safety protocols, and local government approval processes. Proficiency in project management software .
